Sure, but they are not all meat... some carb so it may or not affect your

bg's. I do fine with one serving of this.

2 lbs 99% fat free ground turkey

1 box dry Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I use the sage or savory herb flavors)

2 egg whites

1 cup water

Mix this together and fill 12 muffin tins with ingredients. Bake on 350 for

35 minutes. They are 2 WW points. Each muffin has 10 grams of carbs.

They are SO good.

I'm sure it would... just make sure you count the difference in calories if

you are watching calories.

LaTortilla Factory makes zero carb tortillas.. but the only place I can get

them from is to order them online. Can't find them in TN.

Try using low-carb tortillas for the tacos and whole-wheat (or even rye)

buns for the hamburgers & hot dogs.

I have seen in the health food store here low-carb stuffing mixes. I

don't know how good they are, but if carbs are an issue one might make a

substitution.

Krogers has them in GA but I am not close to one in TN. If they are

LaTortilla Factory they are AWESOME. If that is the brand name, try them
