Yummmm i still live on cereals most mornings. My fav that don't effect my

sugars too badly are: Bran Flakes, Chex, regular Special K, and for the

occasional treat: Cinnamon Toast Crunch (very happy they now have it sweetened

with

Splenda) or Lucky Charms!

I dont' really care for the low carb ones i've tried, i'd rather have the

regular made with sugar stuff, anything thats about 25 carbs or less per serving

i'll have about a serving and a half of!

I usualy pair it up with some suasage or turkey bacon!

I am a cereal killer by nature I guess. I can eat it anytime. Grape nuts, grape

nuts flakes, honey bunches of oats, oat bran, bran flakes, muselix, great

grains, wheaties, shredded wheat, cheerios, honey nut cheerios, apple n

cinnomon cheerios, any of them oats, grains, wheat and bran cereals. Cream of

wheat, malto meal, oat meal, I will eat them anythime, even for a snack at

midnight. As for the sugar content, I dont bother too much with it, but as for

the ones that have more sugar in them, then wheat or oats, I dont eat them much.

ie, coco puffs, cinnamon toast crunch, etc, I would add my own cinnamon,

vannilla, and splenda to cream of wwheat and oatmeals. Cream of rice is good

too. On almost any given sunday, I can have 2 eggs, sunny side up, to raise my

cholesterol, and then wash it down with a bowl of oatmeal to lower it back down.

,who is full and needs to check his b.s.
