Another morning w/out the stiffness and soreness. I'm pleased so far. I wish

tramadal was working. Currently I'm taking 225mg per day. Dr, prescribed 75mg 3x

a day but I'm taking 150mg at bedtime and 75mg morning cause I have other meds I

can take during the day. ...............................
