Right now I'm in the process of having tests done that I need before surgery and hoping that my insurance will pay for the wls. Could anyone tell me what the psych exam is like? Guest guest Posted April 10, 2006 Report Share Posted April 10, 2006 Find a WLS friendly Psych. I lived in an area where there was only one psych and she saw everyone in town. She saw a lot of WLS patients. She did the bare minimum required by insurance. She knew the drill and she is a good judge of character.
