Guest guest Posted April 2, 2009 Report Share Posted April 2, 2009 Hey guys, I work out every day.. usually 30 - 45 min on the treadmill, followed by a 20 min weight routine.. (I use resistance bands so I don't drop weights on myself) I've started alternating weight training with stretching and Yoga poses. I've been doing the treadmill regularly for about 2 months, but just started the weight bands about 4 weeks ago, and I added the Yoga and stretches 2 weeks ago. Lately, the weights and stretching have been aggravating that nerve in the back of my neck, causing me to get dizzy and nauseas. Any suggestions on how to avoid upsetting that nerve? Thanks..
