I was ready for surgery but insurance has just come back and

denied coverage

saying that i must do a continious 12 month Doctor supervised

Diet and

Exercise program with a very low calorie intake using Optifast or

similar

and fail before they will cover surgery. Seeing everyone sucess

stories here

makes me even more depressed about the denial. I'm still trying

to convince

them so if you have any tips, please tell me.
