Hi

Would you recommend a stationary recumbent bike or an elliptical walker as

being less jarring and more appropriate for chiarians?

(((((HUGS)))))-

ACM 1 27mm and syrinx

They are both completely non- impact right? We have elliptical machines at

the health club where I go for whirlpool, water exercise, strength training,

and I do like them.

I like the upright position of the elliptical machine better than the

recumbant bike because my foot is weak when it has no weight on it and I

can't pedal the thing without getting spasms. Also the upright position will

also help with your trunk stability which is good if you can handle it. If

you are very weak, the bike might be easier.

If you are very weak...water exercise is probably the best thing.
