Guest guest
>>>Hey group, >>> so are we not allowed to have milk and cheese? please >>dont tell me know I >>live on cheese somedays.. bye for now Melody Melody, this refers to my previous posting. I AM NOT allowed to have the whole milk and cheese. I have had a cholesterol problem for years. Have a genetic form of high choles. and NO gall bladder to help break down the dietary fats. I do drink 1% or skim milk in my coffee and cereal and can only have Alpine Lace low fat cheese. (Which isn't back but isn't that great either!) I was asking because I notice a lot of people on this list include eggs and cheese in their daily food lists. Lucky them. I am not supposed to eat either. And am VERY tired of green salad and chicken. Kathy type 2--May
