Weight Loss Goal

Well for the month of October I dropped 2 pounds so am at 150 barely met my

goal.. So will set my goal for November for another 2 pounds and hope to break

the 150 mark and weigh 148 or less but 2 pounds a month is 1/2 pound a week

.....where I can tell it is in my clothes and what few I can now wear. Oh yes

every one should read Dr Phil's Book it is enlightening. Helen
