Guest guest
Hi everyone, While recently being threatened by the thought of starting treatment, I've become really hard-core about cleaning up my diet. The hardest part has been going completely dairy- free. I can do without milk, but I loved cheese, and butter seems to be in everything these days. However, I'm sticking to it pretty well. Anyway, we recently found a gluten-free bakery in my neighborhood, and stopped in with the hopes of finding some " vegan " labels that didn't contain soy. I asked the woman behind the counter if they had any such items, and she asked me what part of dairy I couldn't have. Is it the casein, the whey, the fats and sugars, which part? Well, of course, I have no idea. Does anyone know the answer to this question? Or can you point me in a direction that I can learn more? Thanks, Molly
