Guest guest
Hi I'm very puzzled and I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on this. brief hist: have left ovary, right ovary/tube was removed, recently a vaginal septum was found and a hidden never before seen cervix on my left side. Just had an IVP and seem to have no kidney abnormalities. Becasue I lost my right ovary at age 12 I have had a number of transvag. ultrasounds. I just reviewed the reports and they all seem to say similar things: 1990 " The uterus is slightly to the left of midline, retroverted but of uniform myometrial architecture measuring 6.4 x 5 x 4cm " ` 1991 " the uterus is normal in size with a fundal height of 6.3cm. " 1992 " The uterus was normal in size and morphology measuring 6.5cm in longitudianl, 2.5cm in AP and 4.7cm in transverse diameter. " 1994 " The uterus to be retroverted adn normal in size measuring 7.1x3.6x4.5cm " 1997 " The uterus is retroverted but normal in size with a fundal height of 7.7cm. 1998 " The uterus is normal in size and retroflexed. It measures 7.5x3.0x5.6cm. It is normal in echogenicity. " 1999 " The remaining left ovary is unremorkable. The uterus and endometrium are unremarkable as well " sooo. How can this be when the Doc. has seen a vaginal septum and a second cervix and I've been told that this means that I have an MA that is most likely UD. Does anyone have any ideas on how all of those ultrasounds say that I have a normal uterus with dimentions and everything? I am so confused!! All of the ultrasounds also report that my left ovary is normal and right ovary is missing. Thanks in advance, M. 25 UD I think
