When I decided to lose weight and do something about my health, this is exactly what I did. I cut back on the bad foods and started eating more healthy foods. I have a favorite saying and it is: " God said He would provide us food, but He does not expect us to eat it all at one meal. " I realize now that when I was " stuffing myself " that the food wasn't as good as it is now that I'm eating smaller portions and really enjoying what I eat. Before, I would eat a food even if it wasn't that good. I was living to eat, I now eat to live. The food I eat is going to taste good or I'm not eating it. This is working for me as I've had my weight off for over two years. Hugs Eunice Type 2 - A1c = 5.22.
