HI,

Good morning, well for a few weeks I took the LDN at the time they suggested and

my legs went back to hurting and very unbalanced. I went back to taking the LDN

at 5:30am when I get up, needless to say my legs are doing sooooo much better,

I'm so impressed with that medication along with the BBD diet, I feel that we

can all beat this disease it just takes a little bit of will power, I just want

to thank everybody on this site..

same here. i kept the LDN for the past year, i dunno, for sentimental reasons. i

think i'm ready to let go though. be nice if i could find one thing that worked

for me and KEPT working--my body seems to mutate out of anything helpful. i

guess that works for the best, too, as sometimes i stop being allergic to

things.

aviva, who just woke up and isn't making very much sense.

I'm sorry that it hurt your legs. At least you know what doesn't help and you

can move on to try other things.  It took McDougall many years before he

found the right combination but he did find it!.

I had a similar experience with LDN. My legs hurt and they were stiff. I stopped

taking it and I have not gotten worse. I wasn't walking when I started it. I'm

still not walking but many of the symptoms that I had are no longer issues.

Fatigue and brain fog are gone and I'm not in atrophy anymore. I don't have

footdrop, I don't have incontenence. LDN may not work for everyone but it's

worth trying. It might work.

Hi ,

I remember you saying before that LDN didn't work for you a while back but I had

to try it for myself. As they say- One man's meat is another man's poison!
