My son gave us a router for Christmas (we have 2 computers, & the router would enable both of us to use the DSL connection at the same time). After I hooked up the router it changed some settings in my computer so that I can't post to Yahoo Groups. (I did it wrong, so it's my fault). It's really annoying, I have to go to the websites to post now. Anyway! Yesterday I saw my pain doctor, & he had back the results of my MRI. It turns out that all that horrendous pain I've been having since Christmas is due to a ruptured disk in my lumbar spine! I really feel like suing the doctor at the first ER I went to. I filed a complaint against him, and I made sure they put down that I had a ruptured disk, & he didn't do any xrays or tests to see if it was more than just a bad fibro flare. So now I have to have some kind of Lumbar Epidural Injections to try to get the disk back in place. The doc is starting the series in February, & I have to get 3 or 4 injections (spaced out over the month). I'm not looking forward to them...I've heard they're even more painful than a lumbar puncture. I'm really ticked that the first ER doctor I saw was so irresponsible in his treatment of me.
