Guest guest
I'm 35 and on monday I had a HSG (we have been trying to have a baby for 8 months)I got a real shock when I was told That I have a Unicornuate Uterus. Finding information on this subject is not easy to find and what I have found has given me so little hope. I have been crying for 3 days (Happy New Year)If there is anyone with information please pass it on. Thank you!!
Guest guest
Hi there..... I am 33 with a UU that was diagnosed in October from a HSG. I had a MRI that showed that I have a rudimentary horn that I have to have removed on the 29th of this month (with possible endometriosis(sp?) that will have to be removed.. My Dr didn't mention to me anything about the kidney thing so I suppose that I have 2 of them. I know exactly how you feel, I left there crying and missed work for 2 days. The first Dr. I saw was a complete moron. He was very rude and to the point after my HSG and didn't let me ask any questions. He just looked at me and said " Half your uterus wasn't formed so therefore you will have a hard time getting pregnant and will be a high risk pregnancy " . So needless to say I went to someone else at the Cleveland Clinic and he is the most wonderful Dr. anyone can hope for. The responses that I got from these other women have helped me tremendously. Everyone has such a wonderful outlook and I hope that they and myself help you as you need it. Sheryl, UU
