Guest guest
How rude. In-laws and idiots go together like ice & tea. My own MIL hated me up until the day she died. She wanted desperately to break us up. She told him before we got married that he would be legally responsible for children we had. No joke. Matters were only made worse by the fact that I was on to her. She tried to get us to move next to her. (yeah right) And THAT is why I kept at least a 15- 20 hour drive between us. Come this spring,DH and I will have been together 20 years. Jacquie,is there any way you can return some of the ink & paper? Of course I'm assuming that all of it has not been opened. Since you said you stocked up it sounds like you may have bought it in multiples. Just a thought. Sorry you have to put up with this crap. Cinnamon--who is still on guard 'cause SIL inherited MIL's shoes :|

Guest guest
Every single person who wrote to charge her for the paper is right. My husband, who grew up surrounded by these people, would never dream of it. " I'm just glad it'll be used, " he said last night. So I asked how many invites she needs. He said 43. Great, I said -- I'll send you over there with 43 sheets of paper. I'm keeping the rest. He was disgusted enough with his sister to agree to that, at least. If this were and actual business deal, she would have breached her contract. She wants the paper....She buys it. Very, VERY inconsiderate. Guest guest
Jacquie, Since that stuff set you back so much, what about returning it the next time you see your mom? The cousin can buy it just like you did from a store near her! Sue Geesh.
Guest guest
How awful. Especially when your trying to be so nice by buying something you couldn't afford, and she does that. I'm not so sure if I would give her the paper. And who cares if you were rude, she was rude by asking for your help and then saying she didn't need it!
