When I was checking around, most of the dr's I talked to would not even consider seeing me for the original consult until I lost quite a bit of weight. weight limit? I had heard that there were doctors that would not perform the tubal reversals for women who weighed in more than a certain weight they had set...Can anyone tell me if this is an issue with Dr. Levin? My family and I are desperately looking forward to having this procedure done. I am 27, very good health, 5'5 " , and 235LBS. Any information regarding this topic will be greatly appreciated. Guest guest Posted January 8, 2003 Report Share Posted January 8, 2003 amy you will be fine i just had mine in august 5'5 225 and he charged me the same 6000.00 and never said any thing about weight issue good luck hes great but you will have a different insision then those 5,7,9 women lol it will be from your belly button to the top of your pubic area. i was back to work 3 days later i haven't conceived yet my husband was only here 3 months after surgery when he left for mexico to visit his family returning in 1 month then we will resume to trie this time good luck you can e-mail me if you want i live 30 minutes from levins office in louisville. i will trie to help if i can this was my second reversal first one i had blocked tubes i found out 5 months after first surgery. good luck love SHANNON Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
