Now for November I will try to keep the two pounds off and to lose another two pounds. Losing weigh is going slow for me. I will continue to use my treadmill everyday. I initially lost 30 lbs in the first three months and now struggle for every little bit. When diagnosed I was 191. Today, 16 months later, I am 147 which was my goal for this last month. Goal for November is 142. Slow but sure has become my motto!!! Carole in Las Vegas Weight Loss Commitment OK, it is time to post your weight loss (or gain) for October. Also post your goal for November. If you gained and you admit it, you have taken a step in the right direction. Now it is time for me to confess. I always weigh when I first get up as that is the time I weigh the less. When I stepped on the scales this morning, I had gained 2 lbs. This does not make me a failure. However, I will be a failure if I don't do something about it. So, I'm going for a walk. Going to walk down the trail, through the woods to the creek, then I have to walk back up the hill.
