Hi ,

Congratulations on the amount of weight you have lost.

Your name has been added to the list. You can do it.

I was doing some double checking on the weight loss. I have your

weight for Aug at 195, Sept 189, so you lost a total of 6 lbs. Let

me know if this is not correct.

I tried and finally lost two pounds for the month of October. Now for

November I will try to keep the two pounds off and to lose another two pounds.

Losing weigh is going slow for me. I will continue to use my treadmill

everyday.

Hi all - I didn't make my goal last month but i did this month!!!! Hurray

for me. I initially lost 30 lbs in the first three months and now struggle

for every little bit. When diagnosed I was 191. Today, 16 months later, I

am 147 which was my goal for this last month. Goal for November is 142.

Slow but sure has become my motto!!!

Weight Loss Commitment

OK, it is time to post your weight loss (or gain) for October. Also post

your goal for November.

If you gained and you admit it, you have taken a step in the right

direction.

Now it is time for me to confess. I always weigh when I first get up as

that

is the time I weigh the less. When I stepped on the scales this morning,

I

had gained 2 lbs. This does not make me a failure. However, I will be a

failure if I don't do something about it. So, I'm going for a walk.

Going to walk

down the trail, through the woods to the creek, then I have to walk back

up

the hill. By Friday morning, when I weigh again, I will have lost these

two

lbs. That is my commitment to myself.

Hugs

Hi Gail,

You are not pestering me. I'm enjoying this. It is great to see the weight

loss each month.
