Guest guest
Well, I'm finally doing it. I'm finally admitting I can't do this by myself anymore. I just called my doctor's office, and made an appointment. July 12th @ 11:00. Even though I was diagnosed clear back in 1991 and have been sick since 1987, I have not been under any treatments except the original physical therapy they sent me to (WOW! 5 whole treatments) and a stab at trying to take some meds that didn't work any better than the over the counter meds. I have been existing solely on Tylenol PM and Ibuprofin. Last blood test I had for my other condition, PCOS, showed that my Total Bilirubin was high. Too many over the counter meds like tylenol! Now what do I do if I can't take tylenol? I go to the doctor and admit that I can't do this by myself anymore and I want something for the pain, and that I want something to take away the swelling of my feet and ankles, and I want something to help me to sleep, and I want a handicap tag for my car if these things can't be corrected! I'm going to be firm! (I hope). Okay, now that I've made this decision, what meds should I ask the doctor for? I don't have a clue. In the past I've taken Relafin, and flexeril. Neither seemed to work. I currently am on the following meds. Synthroid, Wellbutrin, Clariton, Provera, FiberCon and a Vitamin B complex. I know many of you are taking several meds with fairly good success, so any suggestions will be more than appreciated!
