Guest guest
Kelley: My number should be on Dr. Rutledge's list in the book. I had the surgery in March. Would be happy to talk with you. Send me back e-mail if it is not there and I will give it to you. Guest guest
Kelley: Beth S, Deb Hertlein and I all had weelapth and they paid for our surgeries, so contact us if you need any help. Are you getting the open VGB or Dr R's procedure? I was a little confused at your post...%) But if you are still trying to decide and have to pay for it out of pocket-know this much-the vgb is not nearly as sucessful in the long run AND Dr R's procedure is MUCH cheaper (about $10k cheaper) than the open procedures! Good luck! Guest guest
, I am so sorry you have been on such terrible roller coaster, with your HCG levels, nobody wanting to give you the metho, the cramps...and all this at Christmas time...how truly awful. It sounds as if you mother has been wonderful to you...I'm glad to hear that. I didn't have the opportunity to take metho so I can't offer much insight as to what to expect. But I am certainly hoping that it works quickly and your physical recovery will be speedy. As for your emotional recovery, you've found a great place to share all of your feelings. These ladies have helped me alot...it's amazing how much just telling someone how you're feeling really helps. I hope that this group will be of comfort to you as well. -Amy R
Guest guest
I had an ectopic pregnancy in November after having a healthy child who is now 10 months. I ask myself why me? I wonder if I can have any more kids. My husband and I want to start trying again but I am afraid. I was so happy to find out I was pregnant and then it was so hard for me to understand. I didn't let all our family members know. So it would be great to talk to people who understand. Thanks,
Guest guest
Welcome . I am so sorry for your loss and that you had to find us. I had an ectopic on 8/31/00 and the only way I survived it is with the help and support from all the wonderful women here, who completely understand all you are going through. I found that if I just share whatever is on my mind or am feeling the feedback I get back always makes me feel better. I hope you get as much peace from this gruoup as I have. lisa r T.T.F.N. These ladies are wonderful and hopefully you will come to feel the same way about them. Please post whenever you want/need to...someone will be out there to respond. -Amy R > I had an ectopic pregnancy in November after having a healthy child > who is now 10 months. I ask myself why me?
