Congratulations! May I ask before receiving this news how have you been feeling?

Have you felt as though there was nothing negative about the way you were

feeling lately? Again, congratulations and continued good wishes to you! Cheers!

That is brilliant news.

I'm awaiting my MRI results, 13 years after the first one. Let's hope your good

news brings a chain reaction.

I'm so happy for you.

Subject: MRI scan shows lesions have shrunk to almost nothing

Hi everyone. I am very exited about this.

I just had a MRI scan done 2 days ago, 13 years after the first MRI that dx the

MS.

The neuro found " tiny intesnities " on the left side of my brain in the white

matter and just 1 " intensity " on the right side.

The neuro said those intensities are left overs from old lesions and have shrunk

to almost nothing. Yes, SHRUNK.

If he didn't know about the previous dx, he sould not have even looked twice at

those tiny intensities.

No active focal lesions at all.

I asked him if this meant that I'd don't have MS? He said that it shows that I

" used to have MS, but not anymore "

Brilliant!!!

I put it down to the Best Bet Diet and lots of good vitamins and fish oil and

sorting out my emotions.

I'm so happy !!!!!!

Congratulations!

I have been curious about these kinds of reports; when the lesions disappear.

Does this mean you have no symptoms and the old nerve damage has

repaired/regenerated?

Keep up the good work ;)

Thanks so much for your sharing , it re-kindles my hope with seemingly all of

the sacrifice we go through just to live a normal life. I have been on the

BBDiet for 5 years now and I can really take it to the edge with no slips , but

I have had the bloating stomach from eating too much fruit and lara bars and

candida thrives on sugar.

Your sharing was a good wake up call for me and also gives me hope that I

will one day reep the rewards of my efforts by sticking to and staying on my

path to recovery , BePeace ........Tom

Hi Tom

I strongly suggest sorting out your Candida problems. For me, it seems to be

vital - I've never had an MS relapse without also having a bloaty stomach.

Check out

http://www.thefinchleyclinic.co.uk/nojavascript/products/What_Is_Candida.htm

it's the best info on Candida I've seen for a long time. Diet alone won't beat

candida. It was quite a relief to know that.

I'm sure the BBD is making a difference but while you still have a bloaty

stomach you might be trying to push water uphill.

Thanks for replying. Take care

Love, Alison
