Guest guest
You wondered: > Has anyone else experienced trembling hands after exercising > arms and hands ? ... It might have something to do with muscle tone. But I do not think that's most of it. Instead, I suspect this results from problems with the cerebellum. I also had the same thing occur during my recent house move. Found that I was good for about 30 minutes of work, then had to sit and 'rest' to regain better control of my arms/legs. And while I'm not in great shape, I am fairly strong, so doubt it was muscle tone. Regards, =jbf= B. Fisher

Guest guest
hi Becky! yes my hands did tremble after I use to weed whack. I don't weed whack anymore:) As for exercise or range of motion, I find that if I am off or trying to push myself I tremble. Guest guest
Hi : Sorry to be so late in responding. I have experienced a similar problem when I over-exert myself. My doctor explained that with this disease the small blood vessels are not constricting to push blood and oxygen to the brain - or to the muscles. When the brain is deprived of oxygen - you experience dizziness. When the muscles are deprived of oxygen - you experience the weakness or trembling. Makes sense to me! Hope this helps - (Ont.Can.) I did some weed-eating over the weekend and found that after about ½ an hour of it I couldn't even hold a cup of water. This may be normal, not sure. Maybe from using muscles I don't normally use? Anyway, just curious as to whether or not anyone else has had this kind of experience. Thanks. > >
