Guest guest Posted February 14, 2009 Report Share Posted February 14, 2009 My rheumy doesn't repeat all of that initial lab work, either. I guess it's more useful for diagnostic purpose. He uses the CRP to monitor my RA, band also does a CBC and liver panel. Guest guest Posted February 15, 2009 Report Share Posted February 15, 2009 Diane, If have a diagnosis of RA and your diagnosis is not in question, there wouldn't be a reason to check your ANA unless new symptoms develop which aren't consistent with RA.
