Well I am not Staria, but I will pitch in my 2 sense......I had my reversal

on December 20th, 2002 here in New York, with Dr Ahluwalia.. For me this was

the easiest way, as this particular Dr is very understanding and

compassionate, But most of all experienced..His fee is 4000.00, and the

Hospital fee is in the ballpark of 6000.00, which in most cases insurances

will cover, as its for anesthesia, surgical room etc...My insurance covered

this for me..This Dr requires 2000.00 up from only!! and BOOM your in surgery

within 3 weeks. Following surgery you are to make payments until balance is

paid of..He doesnt set the payment either...You Do! I hope this helps...

I too just had mine done on the 29th of October. I am feeling great. I had

mine done at a military hospital in MO. The surgery was easy and so was the

recovery. My biggest problem was the lack of energy and feeling tired all the

time after the surgery. Things are back to norm now. This is a great group

and you will find that there is a lot of information that you can get on

Hi,

I was looking into TR's in 2000 - 2001. I even went to see two

different doctors. One was mostly out for just money and the other

wanted the money up front. Then I met this wonderful man name Corey

and we married June 26, 2002. We bought a house in October with his

401 K Plan money and decided to wait to 2003 income tax to get the TR

done. Well, one night I had a dream about Jesus holding a baby

smiling down at me from the clouds. And everyone said that if you

dream about Jesus it means you're getting a blessing. Well, one

night I decided to look up my husbands insurance on the internet to

see exactly what they cover, I just knew that it was going to say it

don't cover TR. But to my surprise it said it will cover 85%. So I

called the insurance company to make sure and they said that they

will cover the 85%. I made an appointment with Dr. Donovitz in

Arlington, TX and went in for my consultation. When I got ready to

leave they didn't want no co-pay. I didn't know why, but I didn't

argue either. So later that week they call to set my surgery date

and said that I don't have to pay any doctor fee because they owed my

$160.00 from the last time I came to their office (2000). The

hospital charge was only $282.00 + $500.00 deductible. They let me

make payment arrangements. I went in the hospital on 12/26/02 and

had my surgery at 8:30 am - 11:00. I was in there alittle longer

because of scar tissue that he had to clean up. They released me

from the hospital on 12/27/02 @ 12:00pm. Now I'm at home waiting on

the time to pass until me and my husband can BD. I have it set for

Jan 4th to try and conceive a girl. The chinese charts said that Jan

is the time to get a girl and it'll be three days before my cycle. I

hope that this will help and that my story was not too long.
