A lot of women have this and are treated with clomid. My RE says that it's not a " real af " if you don't ovulate--that it's just bleeding. But this seems to be debatable. Seems like different doctors define " af " differently. In any event, if they find out that you are not ovulating--you might want to ask about clomid. It's supposed to help with this. I think most dr.s state that af won't come if you did not " o " but so many have af and don't get a surge with an opk or a change with a temp chart. I can't say for sure. Have you used an opk or taken your temp? Those can be good indications. I personally do a temp chart, let me know if you have questions on it. You can check out the website www.lifecyclesoft.com.
