Guest guest Posted September 15, 2000 Report Share Posted September 15, 2000 , I am still following dr's guidelines and reintroducing foods slowly into my system. I love Fit N Healthy's egg protein. Vanilla ice cream flavored. I added scoops to water with crushed ice. Yum. Really hits the spot. Also I eat eggs (usually egg beaters), egg salad, tuna, soups, (Homemade chicken soup with pastina! What a treat!), yogurt (but beware of lactose intolerance problems). I added protein powder to jello and pudding. Hope this helps.
