This happens to a lot of us. We still think of how

we used to be able to do things, and even do it

sometimes. We do however, pay for it many times over.

As far as the joint pains, and swelling of various

part s of your body, I suffer with that too.

Ihope that you will be to pull it off,(the family

reunion). You need to set aside some apart of each day

to do some tasks.

Those small goals are what got me back on my feet!

I think you are right, Jeanne.This is part of my thought

as well as meds that we have to take.
