Guest guest
I have Darvon, which is the same as Darvocet, except has aspirin instead of Tylenol. I have a lot of trouble with pain meds, so am glad that Darvon works for me. It kind of zips me up though, so I don't take it at night. But then, I don't have pain at night right now. dd **************A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. See yours in just 2 easy steps! Guest guest
I used Darvocet for a few years and it didn't really help me. It has acetaminophen and would make me hot and sweaty if I took too many close together. I quit taking it and went to Lortab, and now to Morphine Sulfate. Any of them can be addictive, it depends on your body and/or your mind. Guest guest
I have used Darvocet for years and do not find it all that effective. I guess it is better than nothing...........when I went to my PCP for something else, she commented to me that she feels Darvocet is no different than taking plain Tylenol............my rheumy prescribes it for me...............I take it along with the Celebrex and get by. I do not think it is highly addictive. I have good days where I do not take any at all..............but I guess we are all different. I just never thought Darvocet was even as strong as Vicodin...... Guest guest
I had supper with my fp doc last nite and he said that darvocet was equal to 1 Tylenol plus 1 aspirin. Weird. I thought i saw a paper a few months back that linked it to depression as well.
