Guest guest
... I was under the impression that Lantus had a basal rate of absorption instead of the peaks and valleys of other insulins. So, if the rate was the same over a 24 hour period, why would it make a difference to split the doseages? Just curious as I am on Lantus and I tend to get afternoon lows, altho, I feel that it is because I take too much oral medication in the am. I am going to speak with my MD next week about this. But still curious about the Lantus. Reagan Re: To Louise - morning sugars > Louise - congrats on the good A1c and good luck with the new > doctors.
