Ouch! Oh that hurts just reading it. So glad you didn't break

anything! I hope you are feeling better tomorrow. I'm surprised you have to

return to work tomorrow with deep bruising. I would think a day off to just

stay off your feet and let your knees recover would help? Oh well, what do I

know. The RA body has it's own mind......How are you feeling now?

Hi I'm new. I read your story and feel sad for you. Please do take care. I have

arthritis symptoms but haven't been diagnosed with it for sure yet. I will be

doing that after I get to the dentist and deal with these awful kidney stones.

Besides, my joints are aching very bad. That would be all of them. I am 28 by

the way and has had arthritic problems since I was 14. My joints grind together

in the sockets, and I feel that it is hurting my spine as well. I was told that

I have a slightly misplaced hip on the right side. So posture is a very hard

thing for me to even do. It also creates a lot of muscle tension for me.

Anyways, hope you get to feeling better soon. You can visit my blogs while your

at home resting...I hope. They are at http://www.amandaautismx2.blogspot.com

See you around ,

I am sorry you are having such a hard time. Try to take the Docs advice and

rest tonight. I find when my knees are hurt ( nothing compared to what yours

do after the fall) a hot bath or heating pad seems to work well for me.

Seems he should of given you at least a day to recover. Hope you are better

tomorrow.

Hi :

So sorry you had that bad fall. You are so lucky you didn't break

anything. That was a very hard fall.

I hope you are feeling better, and resting when you can. Take care of

yourself.

Hugs,
