Guest guest
Hi , If you don't have time to print out the entire manual, give her the web address, his phone number, and important pages of the site. I would include what type of surgery it is, qualifications, his medical qualifications, etc. His website is so informative, there are a lot of things to choose from. Just look at it from the point of view of what information would persuade your doctor as to the type of surgery you should have, why you should have it, and which surgeon you want to perform it. I also believe Dr. Rutledge's support system before and after surgery is important. And, don't forget to summarize your own medical history and diet history for your doctor. Good luck, in Alaska, pre-op
