Fibro Fog

Quiltingbee2 Howdy to you today, With regards to the fibro fog, I have come across a major problem that I don't know what to do and would appreciate any suggestions. The fog's forgetfulness makes it so that I can't remember if I took one of my meds or not. I take 13 pills per day, and some days I am completely confused. I can't remember which one I took and which one I didn't. This is scarry because I take a couple different pain meds. So when I can't remember, I play it safe and NOT take the med, but I suffer with the pain. I don't know if this makes sense or not, but this whole daily regimen gets overwhelming to me. I would suggest getting one of those pill caddies that has every day

of the week listed on it and put you meds for each day in it. Then

just by looking you can see if you have taken all your medicaiton for

that day.
