Guest guest
I am not a doctor but I can say that athelete's foot cream is an anti fungal. Only problem is that you need to be sure that you have a fungal infection and only a doctor would be able to tell you that for sure. You don't want to have something like a bacterial infection or staph infection and not get it treated. I hope things get better for you. > > I was hoping one of you would have a great solution to this problem. Guest guest
Betty and I use Tinactin cream for our rashes and it's the only thing we've found that really works. Only a couple of treatments are all it usually takes to get rid of our rashes and jock itch. To try to prevent this in the first place, we use Secret deodorant for the places where the skin rubs. It works for us, and is cheap. BTW, it gets plenty hot in our part of Texas, 80* nights and 100*+ at mid afternoon. Guest guest
I was going to suggest the same thing I use the lotrimin on my feet and within a week it goes away. You have to keep the area dry as possible wear a sports bra instead of a regular bra until it goes away. Re: [ ] Fungal Infection under Breasts In a message dated 7/6/2009 5:03:27 P.M. Guest guest
Hi Pat - I've had this happen before and it is most uncomfortable. The first thing is to get this fungal infection cleared up. You can buy the Lotrimin OTC - use strips of cotton cloth to keep under your breasts to keep things dry until the fungal infection is cleared up. After that - I've been using spray deodorant after my showers (powders don't work) - dry good and spray it right on the bottom side of your breasts and your chest. It really helps to keep things dry. I figured it works on the underarms, so why not there? I spoke with my doctor about it and she said it wouldn't hurt and was a good idea. I've not had the sores and fungal infections ever since. Hope this helps.....Doreen I was hoping one of you would have a great solution to this problem. Guest guest
Good Morning from the Land of Double D's, my friends............. I have had this problem for most of my life, it was even one of my strongest considerations when I had my breasts reduced They were reduced to a very comfortable C cup. However, God had other plans for me and enter Prednisone. Now they are larger than they ever were The big joke when I was pregnant and people asked Ron how I was doing, his response was " with a little help, I can stand up " Nothing sexy about breasts like that, that cause pain that cause an odor and even cause drainage. OK, I am sorry that I have gotten off the subject. While in the hospital, they gave me Miconazole Nitrate powder that has actually worked on those fungal pockets on one's body. Good luck my BBW (Big Breasted Women) friends, I pray that your pain and discomfort will end soon. Very gentle, tender angel hugs...................... Guest guest
I also use Lotrimin. I can tell you if it's fungal and you use cortisone cream on it, it will make it twice as bad. (I have a friend who used the over the counter type yeast infection cream and it worked for her too.) I will try the antiperspirant thing that was posted, Texas in the summer gets really hot! > > I was hoping one of you would have a great solution to this problem. Guest guest
Caldesene Protect Powder- I heard this from someone else who had a similar problem. I have not tried this. > > I was hoping one of you would have a great solution to this problem. Guest guest
Hi Jane - the main thing for us BBW (as Debs would say) to remember is to get the fungal infection cleared up FIRST. The spray deodorant has been a blessing for me - *knock-on-wood* I've not had a fungus issue since I've been using it. Hope you have as much luck with it as well.....Doreen I also use Lotrimin.
