I start off the day with a nice relaxing jog, take a cool shower, look in the

mirror, my face looks great. On my commute to work, my face usually gets red.

I sit at the computer and concentrate, it gets red. At a meeting with

co-workers, it usually gets red. I don't feel nervous doing these things, but

then when I look in the mirror and my nose and cheeks are red, I get bummed.

Any help?

thanks, Tony

Well, are you commuting alone in a car or with people? Do you use after shave

after your shower? My triggers are 90% contact ones, so those are the things

I tend to think of first. I react to other people's perfume and after shave

too. Yikes!

I use to react like crazy to my computer monitor. I used a glare protector

and it helped but what helped the most was finding the brightness switch about

six months ago. :) I turned that sucker down and life got 10 times better.

(It's the little things, eh?)

ROFL It's either on the side - can be a dial or a slide thingy. Or, it's on

the front of the monitor. Don't feel bad, . It took me 6 1/2 years to

figure it out. :)
