Guest guest
Amber: That's TOTALLY the best way to deal..CARPE DIEM baby! Live for the day, the moment! Buy yourself a new dress, do nice things for yourself now! The surgery WILL come and then you'll have ANOTHER excuse for shopping (and like we need that!) By the way, I found an interesting bunch of sites you (and others) might be interested in that I will post later. They were HMO and Insurance ratings and such and I think yours was one of the top, as was Partners and United HealthCAre with overall customer satisfaction, so we'll see. Also, do you need anymore appeal letter sites? I have that appeal saved somewhere on here I can also send you as an example if you haven't already sent your stuff in. Another thing I thought of is I know you are scared because you don't have a lot of Dr. records to influence the Board. Why not convey this fact (and the reason why-that you were scared to go to the Dr. for the past XX years because you weighed so much and were embarrassed to get on the scale) to your Dr and have them put it in their support letter? Or if not in your Docs, then put it BIG AND IN ALL CAPS in your letter! Just food for thought. I was going to cut my hair and all to, but may just have a trim after everyone at last clinic told me to leave it long! Yikes! CARPE DIEM!!!!!!
