Guest guest
What are some of the eye problems that people mention occasionally. Are they red or burn or just can't see very well or what? ------------------------------------------------------------------------
Guest guest
My eyes get scratchy, red and irritated. I am prone to getting styes and chalazions on my eyelids. I also have allergies, so I get a sticky film on my eyeballs that burns and causes my eyes to water. I had to quit wearing contact lenses, as I have " cobblestoning " in my eyelids that literally caused the lenses to pop out! Guest guest
Skylar, Thanks for the info on the eye drops. I'll look for them. What is the difference between occular rosacea and blepharitis/dry eyes? Or are they the same thing? They gave me sulfacet/pred ophth and erythromycin oph for this. Have you been on this stuff? They tell me the sulfacet/pred drops will help to eliminate the red but how long does it take???? When Im at work my eyes are SO RED so today I couldnt take it anymore so I shot them with Opcon-A. I dont know if I should be using this stuff while being on all of this other, but it gets most of the red out so at least I dont have to deal with that! Believe me, Im considering the goggles and/or a moonsuit at this point.Ive found with the hair industry as long as the hair gets done to their liking they dont really care what the hell you look like (or really how toxic the chemicals are).It " ll just give them something else to talk about at the local supermarket!!! Do you think any type of herbal rinse would help take care of this? Have you ever looked into that? Guest guest
Hi all, I don't want to sound like a broken record, but if there are fluorescent lights where you are working, that might be what is making your eyes red. If you can, get a hat you feel comfortable wearing (it's all relative, right?!) and wear it to work for a few days. If you've got a good story to give as an explanation for the hat, go for it, but I've found that people generally don't have any trouble believing that the lights damage your eyes and skin. It makes all the difference to my eyes and skin, so I think the hat is worth it. (besides, I've always wanted to have a style of my own!) Guest guest
Hey nicki, Thanks for the suggestion!!!! The white makeup for that dead look would be cool to cover all of this red! I might need those fangs soon since my teeth are deteriorating as fast as my skin! I really enjoyed Halloween this year. I always dress for it at work, but this year it was nice to feel " normal " around others who dressed up.(the makeup hid alot!). But talk about reactions from all of it!!!!Bill ------------------------------------------------------------------------
