Under the covers or on top of covers? Sounds silly I know but under the covers feels clammy (I use heated humidifier) and on top feels colder. I do have problems w/sweats and wonder if it's the tubing????> Also...how do you clean your tubing, mask, and reservoir? Like instructions say?> I take my reservoir off first thing...hang the tubing over the door knob and then empty the reservoir and let air dry. I wash reservoir in warm sudsy water about 3x/wk. I wipe the mask/cpap off w/Clorox wipe every other day.> I'd like to know what YOU do...> > Mama-Sher, age 69.UIP/IPF, 3-06,OR.> Don't fret about tomorrow, God is already there!> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------> Never miss a thing.
