I probably started about the same time as you because I had a real craving for salad and made a great chef's salad. So good! Protein and veggies! I eat chicken ceasar salads, green salads etc. Just remember to chew really well and you'll be great. I know, it is hard to chew a tomato slice 30 times! -----Original Message-----From: synsay@...
