Guest guest
Hi Peggy Horny Goat Weed is one...there are others more specific to women. I've seen them in a catalog where I buy vitamins/supplements. I think the website is www.swansonvitamins.com or swanson.com or something like that. I don't have a catalog available right now, went out with the recycling. My healthcare practitioner told me to stop eating foods that have high levels of oxalic acid in them...nuts, spinach, chocolate, buckwheat...can't remember others. Was already off nuts and chocolate. Have noticed a little improvement but not enough yet to up my interest. Buckwheat is one of the few grains I can eat and its hard to give up. Hope this helps.Riverpeggy1993 wrote: Yes, I am tired and all I want to do is sleep. I also have the pain, and doesn't matter the lubricant, no help.
