Guest guest
Here is a website thta leads all over the net to gluten free webpages. Its a celiac disease website. You dont necessarily have to have celiac disease to be sensitive to gluten. We really need to become more observant about what the foods we put in our mouths may be doing in terms of causing symptoms in our bodies. If you have lots of air born allergies(hay fever type) you may be sensitive to foods also. Its worth a thought. Keeping track of what we eat and how it makes us feel is probably a wise thing to do. deb http://www.celiac.com/index.html

Guest guest
Yes I try to. Im not always real good at it but when I slip and eat something bad for me, I end up paying for it with pain. The gluten part is easy. The carb thing is more difficult for me. deb
