Here is a website thta leads all over the net to gluten free webpages.

Its a celiac disease website. You dont necessarily have to have celiac

disease to be sensitive to gluten. We really need to become more

observant about what the foods we put in our mouths may be doing in

terms of causing symptoms in our bodies.

If you have lots of air born allergies(hay fever type) you may be

sensitive to foods also. Its worth a thought. Keeping track of what we

eat and how it makes us feel is probably a wise thing to do.

Yes I try to. Im not always real good at it but when I slip and eat

something bad for me, I end up paying for it with pain. The gluten

part is easy. The carb thing is more difficult for me.
