Guest guest
Hi Sandy Welcome!! You have chosen a terrific group to be part of. My name is . I am happily married with one married daughter and two grandchildren (boy and girl) and one due Feb 6. I am 46 and have been diagnosed for 17 yrs and of course had it much longer. I work in the school system with special need children and also as resource. I love my job and yes it takes everything out of me so don't know how long it will last. Anyway welcome and remember with the exercise , you have to start slow or you'll pay for it later. Take care a Canadian Fibro Friend Mule wrote: Hi to all, My name is Sandy (not Mule). I'm a 47 year old christian, wife and mother. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a week ago but have had symptoms for years. I also have IBS and TMJ and fight depression at times. I'm also asthmatic and have to take a lot of steroids which doesn't help with the pain. I've read that this is all related but I just know that I hurt. I've come here looking mainly for friendship among kindred spirits. Also, information and help. I am also very overweight (230 @ 5'4") and my doctor recommends that I go on the Atkins diet. He also recommended swimming to me. I started my swimming yesterday and it felt wonderful. However, I awoke at 2:00 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. Hopefully, that is just a one time thing. Thanks for being here, I need you. Sandy Find your next car at Yahoo! Canada Autos
