Me, Me, Me!!! I've had that very problem and was so discouraged! I realized I was overdoing it even though at the time of my work outs I felt okay. It was just too much too soon. So I tapered back and felt like I was taking such baby steps that it almost wasn't worth the effort! LOL I still kept getting sick though and realized that I had to work on my immune system.Much, much, much research later and after having tried lots of stuff to increase my immune system's strength, I learned that our immune systems are really governed by our gut! Who would have thunk it! :)So now I'm working on taking amino acids and probiotics and healing what's called leaky gut. So far I've been able to improve my immunities enough to where I can be around crowds or around someone who is coughing and NOT get sick myself! YAY! You can check out leaky gut
