I read many amazing claims about ALA. It is good news for energy.

200 mg Alpha Lipoic with 500 mg of acetyl-l-carnitine. It is bad

news if people have mercury toxicity and silver fillings.

I have found out that replacing the fillings are not

enough, the body has to be detoxed. As everyone knows, there are many

ways, not just dental, where Mercury can get into your system and if

it is there, ALA can carry it to the brain.

" There was disconcerting evidence from this study, however, that ALA

may also alter the tissue distribution of mercury and other heavy

metals.

Although levels of inorganic mercury and methylmercury in the kidney

dropped significantly, levels of inorganic mercury also increased

significantly in the brain, lung, heart, and liver

tissue. " ...sigh...Lydia
