Guest guest
Dear , Hi, my name is Carol and I was diagnosed with AS last July, I had a misscarrage in Feburary of 2001, after which my periods did not return. A doctor in the bay area who specializes in infertility was recommended to me by my ex-obgyn. He was very nice and answered all my questions, except the BIG one: How many corrective surguries have you done for asherman's patients. His answer was a plenty. This sent up the red flag for me. I went to see Dr. Indman for a second opinion. He was so nice, patient and explained everything to me. He does the surgeries on almost a daily bases, he has written chapters in textbooks and teaches the procedures to other doctors. The first doctor wanted to do a laparoscopy at the hospital, Dr. Indman recommented an in office operative hysteroscopy. I went in to Dr. Indman on a Tuesday for the second opinion and on Friday of the same week I had the op/hys. My husband and I decided to go to Dr. Indman eventhough he was out of network for us because we wanted the best doctor for the job. Thanks to 's information, the information I learned here, and Dr. Indman I am now 14 weeks pregnant. I hope my story helps you but I understand that it is a decision you need to make for yourself. Good Luck! Carol Swanson __________________________________________________
