Hey Dr R:

Well, I had my hysterectomy on Aug 5 and have gained 7 lbs since. I seem to

be retaining alot of water. Any suggestions. I am down a total of 83 lbs

since my Feb 1 surgery.

Please tell me I will be on the right track again soon! I am walking and

have gone back to work.Don't know what else to do! Feeling good..just puffy!
