To wrap in Outlook Express:

Go to Tools

Go to Options

Go to Send

Look for Mail sending format

Look for Plain Text

There should be a number box ...write down what the number is and then

change it to lower. Mine is set at 72 but it depends on what size print

you are using. You might need to experiment a little. Keep track of

the numbers so you will know.

The 72 is 72 characters in Courier font (fixed width) which is 7.2 inches (I

think). So if you go to another font (variable like Times New Roman) you may

have a different number of characters but still the 7.2 inches (at 12 points).
