Guest guest Posted December 26, 2009 Report Share Posted December 26, 2009 Has anyone consulted a physical therapist to obtain an excersize routine that protects your joints but allows you to do some weight and resistence training? I am thinking of doing this as I am extremely out of shape and overweight, have active RA inspite of being on two drugs. I think loosing weight will help the joint issues in hips, knees and feet.
