Sometimes you just have to find a neutral position and take what you can get. My

spell checker indicates you haven't spelled your name correctly, but it does

that with most name, still I really like it. All you have to do is press a

button and every tin is find. Technology is grape! Where wood wee bee whether

it's a beautiful sunny day, and i am so miserable with pain it might as well be

pouring with rain.  i thought arthritis of all sorts was supposed to improve

with heat!

Hi Sama

There are a couple of weather fronts moving in over the UK bringing low

pressure. That is probably why you are in pain despite the sunny weather. It is

the same here in Cornwall.

Is there a front moving in-i usually hurt more a day or two before the actual

I am sorry you had a bad day. This disease isn't easy to live with, so

we just have to make the best of it. I always focus on my family, and I

know why I " m still here. I have found myself depressed lately. I will

talk to my doctor tomorrow, and talk about a med to help me through the

sad times.

I know its hard to do some things, but if you can find something you

enjoy, just do it. I like to read, so I find myself at the library

often. Just remember, your not alone. There are a lot of people here,

so just holler if you would like to chat or vent.

You can email me anytime, if your having a bad day, and need someone to

listen.
