Guest guest Posted October 27, 2009 Report Share Posted October 27, 2009 I'm not sure if this was posted already or not. Since I'm new to RA I wasn't sure if I should be getting this vaccine. I just started my RA med on Friday so I'm not sure where I stand yet with my immune system. If I can get this vaccine am I suppose to get the shot or the spray? Does my family have to get shot or spray? I could call my doctor but I thought I would ask your opinion before I call tomorrow. They have 6 clinics giving them in Chicago right now. I heard that the spray is a live virus and if my family gets it I could catch the virus. Can you all tell I'm very confused? LOL I'm on the med plaquenil 400mg if that helps anyone in answering me.
