These herbs are contained in the Six Flavor Tea Pills Formula in Chinese (liu

wei di huang wan), it is a very common, easy to get formula:

Shu di huang (Rehmannia glutinosa/foxglove root-prep.) - nourishes blood,

enriches essence

Shan yao (Dioscorea opposite/Chinese yam rhizome) - provides harmonic body

balance

Shan zhu yu (Cornus officinalis/dogwood tree fruit) - tonifies qi, retards

impotence

Mu dan pi (Paeonia suffruticosa/peony tree root-bark) - clears heat, cools blood

Fu ling (Poria cocos fungus/mushroom filaments) - provides tranquility; relaxes

muscles

Ze xie (Alisma plantago aquatica/water plantain rhizome) - promotes urination

Again, I hope this helps someone.
